Disappointing

In the midst of a severe storm and both apps are so confusing & I am tech savvy. I cant imagine how an elderly person would understand how to navigate the apps !! It only adds to the stress when your power goes out and you cant even figure out how to view the live feed !! Sorry for the bad review because I love KOCO otherwise.
