I love KOCO and all the people and the alerts but the new app is not easy to use. The old app was much easier. Go back.

Weather is for weather, local and national news updates I can count on KOCO 5 app -easy to handle Im very helpful no only for me but for my teen kids as well. Americo Alvarado

App is very user friendly and keeps you informed of current news. I love the weather portion the radar is the best I can find anywhere! Overall it is the best local news app. That being said, to many Ads.

Good updates for current events. The only issue I have is with all the inappropriate links/ advertisements that are below KCCO

This app is terrible it only give you a few lines of a story. I want the story not a few lines

Wanted to see a quick update of local news events but have to view pre-loaded video or full page ADs. I realize that is a source of income but your are negating the usefulness of the app by forcing people to watch a crummy AD.

Too often I get the breaking news notification only to open the app and not able to find the article. I dont know why the publishing of the article cant trigger the notification. Also too many ads.

Some folks complain about too many ads, but ads allow the site to be free of charge.

My only complaint has been mentioned previously and that is the breaking news stories are hard to find even though you get a least a dozen everyday. I can understand the ads, but do wish it was less frequent especially when trying to get severe weather updates.

Alerts seem to be pushed before the story is on the app. Or its very hidden. If you push and alert and it is opened, you should go to that story. Also, present stories in text and not just videos. We cant always listen to a video report but can almost always read the story.

App isnt very user friendly. And stories seem bias. Why some many pro Clinton stories and weird Trump stories? I was a Democrat for over 40 years and noticed this but now it is kinda irritating. Both parties seem to be a joke this election but it seems you really are playing favorites.

I love it. Just moved to Oklahoma from Texas...we dont have anything like this there. Very informative!

Overall I like the app. I always check out the traffic page before going to work and its gone. Also I like others cant find the breaking news

Thirty second ads that you have to listen to before you can get any news on this app. Im not willing to listen for more than one story and many times it is same ad. Not worth it.

I have sent multiple emails asking for help because the traffic map hasnt been working for me for a couple of weeks now, and havent received a response. After getting stuck in a horrible traffic jam today, Ive decided to delete this app and download News 9s app instead.

THIS app, like so many other "news" apps like it, has become a POS. Its an Easter egg hunt for the actual story you went there to read or watch, only to be swallowed up by BS and advertisements interspersed throughout. You wanna watch a video of a storm, a breaking story, etc? Youll have to sit through BS video ads. EVERY TIME. I understand that if I want to read or watch a feel good story about kittens, some candidates campaign, or who got arrested that I must endure the ad-supported content that makes the miracle of news on my iPhone a reality. HOWEVER it pains me to no end that each and every piece of fluff to breaking severe weather that I have to sift through or wait for ads to get through any details. Suggestion: put your requisite ads up front, limit to one or two, and give the reader the meat of the story. Then dump all the news-entertainment crap under it. Im about to delete this and other local news apps to avoid the ads and video overkill.

The app used to be a lot better. I dont like the new format.
